Rules for your production:

-No shots can take place on college ground

-You should have 1 main location - extra locations needed to be discussed with teacher

-No swearing

-No walking in forests

-No mindless walking

-No archival footage

-No illegal activity or weapons without consent

-You should not be in your short film

You need to be in groups of 3 or 4. Each person will have a role in the group.

Producer / Director / Cinematographer / Sound Designer

You then need to split the pre-production amongst your groups, this should be done in regards to your job roles

a) treatment

b) script (use celtx)

c) storyboards (stickpeople are NOT allowed - use colour)

d) set designs

e) recce

f) risk assessment - This BBC site might help to identify potential risks

g) daily shooting schedule

h) crew and actor call sheets

Throughout this unit, failure to input less than your fair share - either by attendance or by creative input - will result in a reduction in your overall grade.

All your pre-production work should be completed in a shared folder on Google Drive.
